on most of my cars I have done suspension first, then usually tires and wheels. I generally try and get handling and braking down before I go horsepower. When I had my GTI, I think the exhaust was the first thing I did, followed by other engine mods and suspension was just about the last. Weird how that car was done pretty much opposite of all my other cars.
