ive am in the middle of a conversion and hit difficulty, engine is fitted but the injectors r being kept open and fuel pump kept going constantly! I need help!

1.8 to 2.0 agg i have completed my coversion and it was running fine, untill i was driving along an then i got a complete shut down the engine just cut out dead. i ave no spark and and no fuel. there is fuel getting to the injector rail but not entering the chamber when starting cause the plugs are dry??????? so injectors are not opening and no spark on turning the key. please help??????
