BMW 320i

I have a 1988 320i, (automatic 6 cyl.) that stumbles when stopping at an intersection. It has new spark plugs. I have run injector cleaner through it. My local mechanic can not find the problem. I am in an area where there are no BMW dealers or mechanics, so must rely on my self, or local general mechanic....and so far with no luck. The only answer at the moment is to anticipate, and put car in neutral and over rev. It is not consistent. Any help would be appreciated. I am a novice mechanic.

Hi john , very sorry very new with cars cannt help u this time, but the best way is to take it to the mechanic.
