AUDI A6 VS BMW 5 SERIES

I am looking to get a car right now and am torn between
99 BMW 528i - 80,000 miles, for 6500
or
2003 Audi a6 3.0 - around 77,000 miles for around 8000
or
2000-02 Audi a6 - all around 90-100k miles, for like 7000
I have my heart set on an Audi, just like the style and feel to it better. But my main concern is, which one is going last me longer? Which will result in lower maintenance costs. I know both are going to be expensive, but which one is going to last better. All your advice will help, I'm losing sleep over this.
