okay i have a stock 2004 GLI first off i am getting Fujita short ram air intake, APR Chip, and godspeed front mount intercooler. Now should I look into a heavier duty clutch with these upgrades? If not would a heavier duty clutch and flywheel be needed for the KO4 turbo upgrade? Also when I first bought the car I noticed that the car will not exceed like 130 MPH will the APR chip solve this problem? If not then how do I make it exceed 130 MPH because I noticed plenty of room on the RPM gauge to wind her out further.
