Audi Service/Repair recommendation in Philadelphia?

Hi folks.
Have a friend running an 2005 A4 1.8T quattro auto that needs a bunch of work done to it.
He got huge estimates from franchised Audi dealers in Philadelphia ranging from 2 to 4.5k for the same work. He thinks they're thieves basically and trying to take him for as much cash as possible.
Anyone know a good service/repair centre in the Glenside Philadelphia area that he could trust to do the work for a fair price?
